Rubén has always been curious about how the body works. He first studied medicine, and learned about the different systems and their interconnections. His medical background helped him understand architecture, and has even translated into his photography work.

In addition to his photographic works, Ruben creates collages. “My collages are defragmentations of cities, separated by layers of different physical aspects and intangible concepts.”
