On Museums Part II

‘Can you get high on art?’ was the subject for this illustration. Avid gallery and museum visitor herself, Decue understood the assignment. This piece was commissioned for a 2015 issue of the online publication ‘Hope and Fears’.

Decue edits her drawings on her computer with digital tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Starting off-screen, she plays with her hand-made textures, screen prints and collages. This technique gives her illustrations unique and rich patterns similar to brush and paper textures.
